Restaurants dispose 84% of unused ingredients that ends up as food waste. A collaborative effort with Xintiandi Shanghai’s restaurants to create a pizza that will make a difference. Together, we gathered their unused ingredients and created over 200 types of RePizzas. In a few days, we reeducated 360 million people, reused 60 kgs of unused ingredients and reduced food waste from 84% to 43%. We also recreated over 200 Repizzas, fed 1,500 people and donated to feed over 15,000 people.
