The BRIT Awards with Mastercard Launches Second Season of The Red Carpet Treatment Podcast

Aug. 10, 2023

The BRIT Awards with Mastercard launch the second season of their official podcast, The Red Carpet Treatment. The podcast is devised and created by SE Creative Studio.

The series is hosted by musician, actor and presenter, Jordan Stephens, best known for being one half of Rizzle Kicks. Jordan Stephens is taking over from YouTube star Nella Rose, who hosted the first season, also created by SE Creative Studio.

The podcast is about celebrity, career milestones and personal growth. In each episode, Stephens interviews a famous guest from the world of music and entertainment. He invites his guests to open up about their own BRITs experiences, all things music and what it’s like to have a career in the spotlight.

The first episode, which launches today, features Girls Aloud royalty Nicola Roberts who talks about her time in the iconic girl band, her late bandmate Sarah Harding, the support she received from Geri Halliwell, winning a BRIT Award and much more.

Later episodes will feature Olivia Dean, Mae Muller, Clara Amfo, James Bay, Fleur East, James Arthur and Mimi Webb.

Clips from the podcast will also be made available on YouTube as guests strike a pose and reminisce about their careers to-date with Jordan. Shorter clips will feature on TikTok.

The first podcast episode is available across platforms and the video version on The BRITs YouTube channel. Check it out here.

Jordan Stephens said:

“I’m picky with what I present but I couldn’t say no to The BRITs. Great legacy, great team. I get to chat to friends and make new ones. Got my dogs with me too. Happy days!”

Tom Young, Director of Social at S:E Creative Studio, said:

“This has been another great BRITs project to be part of. For season two, we’ve a new host, new studio and new approach to content capture. Working with Jordan has been incredibly collaborative and productive and very quickly we were able to put his stamp on the series. It’s funny, entertaining and enlightening content with a bit of chaos thrown in - just what you want from The BRITs.”
