The promotion of milk in Quebec has always been intrinsically linked to the holiday season. In 2021, Quebec’s 10,000 milk producers are proudly renewing this tradition of celebrating their flagship product. After another pandemic year, there is a real desire to celebrate this once-in-a-year, warm moment when Quebecers can finally reconnect after such a long period of limited human contact. Having lived through this difficult time, young and old alike will be especially happy to see each other again and revive the values of sharing, solidarity and authenticity.
