PMS can be tough, but let’s admit one good thing about it: the cravings are like foreplay before the most intense foodgasms. For World Menstrual Hygiene Day, wanted to show people with uteri the golden, crusty lining of PMS: satisfying our cravings. After all, the "healthiest" thing you can do is listen to your body, honour its needs, and treat it like a good friend. And everyone loves being treated to pizza.
