Cooking Pork Memories is a social-first campaign from the National Pork Board and LERMA/ featuring actor Paulina Chávez, designed to preserve the pork recipes and family stories passed down through generations. Beginning with Chávez recreating her abuelita’s Carne de Puerco con Nopalitos, the campaign invites Hispanic Gen Z and Millennials to share their own family “Pork Memories” for a chance to have Chávez recreate them. Selected recipes and stories will also be collected in a limited-edition book intended for submission to the Library of Congress, helping preserve these traditions for future generations.
