Feb. 06, 2024
Production company Banjoman welcomes Eddy Animation's stellar roster of directors to its ranks for representation in Ireland.
Eddy Animation, founded in 2015 by Jean-Francois Bourrel and Nicolas de Rosanbo, represents a host of skilled 2D, CGI and stop motion animators working across music videos, advertising, game visuals and fiction.
Believing in nurturing and encouraging their director's artistry, personal growth and creative evolution, directors split their time working on both personal projects and commissioned films. Ensuring that each of their directors upholds their own unique perspective and style, and that each new project is approached with fresh, innovative ideas.
Eddy Animation has produced music videos for artists including Ariana Grande, Gorillaz and Breakbot, in addition to creating award-winning work for the likes of Christian Rich, Anne Muller and M, recognised at Club des DA, Berlin Music Awards, the Shots Awards and Ciclope.
An industry leader within the video game industry, Eddy Animation has collaborated with international game developers such as Ubisoft, Riot Games, Bethesda, PUGB, Nacon and Lilith to name a few. On the commercial side, the roster works internationally, connecting audiences around the world with brands such as Chanel, Diptyque, Bentley, Hermès, MAIF, Amnesty International, Red Cross and the Monnaie de Paris.
Dermot Malone, director and founder, Banjoman commented:
"We feel so incredibly lucky to welcome Eddy Animation to our roster. Having an animation specialist is something we have been missing and the team are over the moon to be representing these geniuses in Ireland. Their commitment to work, art and creativity is inspiring and we cannot wait to get to work together."
Emilie Walmsley, Head of Animation / EP at Eddy Animation said:
"We are delighted to be joining Banjoman for a new adventure. We are big fans of their work and feel that this is a natural fit for our directors. Excited to see what the future holds!"
