Boutique VFX studio Artjail today welcomes Dirk Riesenfeld into its ranks as VFX supervisor.

Helping commercial directors shape their vision, Dirk has crafted a cinematic adventure for Heineken ‘The Trailblazers’, photorealistic animals for Milka ‘All For One’, and a choreographed gaming wonderland for Playstation 4’s ‘The Wonderful Life of a PS4 Player’.
In film too, Dirk has created technically challenging and visually stunning effects for a spread of high-profile projects, such as ‘Slumberland’, ‘The Mandalorian’, and ‘Skeleton Crew’. He also worked on acclaimed miniseries ‘All the Light We Cannot See’, which picked up four Primetime Emmy nominations – including Outstanding Special Visual Effects in a Single Episode.
Now at Artjail, Dirk will be propelling Artjail to its next stage of its growth and creative journey, setting creative standards high and continuing to form strong relationships with his own team and clients alike.
Dirk Riesenfeld commented:
“Artjail has a talented team, great reputation, and a strong culture. A perfect base to create outstanding work. I look forward to growing with the team, and pushing the creative output to the next level. My personal goal is to work on big jobs and hopefully win some awards in the coming years.”
