BBH London Promotes Georgina Kent to Head of Production
Dec. 04, 2025
BBH London today announces the promotion of Georgina Kent, previously Head of Film Production, to Head of Production. In her new, elevated role, Kent will retain her leadership of the Film Production team alongside her new broader departmental responsibilities.
Kent will work closely alongside Chief Production Officer, Stephen Ledger-Lomas. Her focus will be to continue pushing the craft output across all disciplines, building new entrepreneurial ways of making, and helping to embed new technologies and practices to underpin BBH’s commitment to creativity and craft.
Stephen Ledger-Lomas commented:
"Georgina is extraordinary. Every single moment of her career in BBH Production is steeped in her dedication to the craft of making the best possible work. Her partnership in building the culture and team that we have today in BBH Production has been invaluable."
Kent's commitment to craft has been the defining feature of her career, since she first trained as a Creative at Watford and Manchester, before joining BBH over 20 years ago to begin her career as a Film Producer. She brings an innate understanding of what it takes to elevate the best ideas into execution, and to bring the best talent to any script or concept.
Since joining BBH, she climbed the ranks and won multiple awards across an extensive portfolio featuring some of BBH’s most famous campaigns: Audi Spin, Dulux Prohibition, Virgin Media Tunnels, Audi Escape, KFC Emergency Chairs, Tesco Christmas, and Weetabix Dad's Day Out.
She has also held international roles, including Acting Head of Film at BBH Singapore, and has worked in BBH NY. Upon her return to London, she won the coveted Gold British Arrow for Achievement in Production.
Georgina Kent added:
“I’m honoured and humbled to have been made Head of Production at BBH. I’m following in such illustrious footsteps, and feel incredibly lucky to support such a talented team. BBH has always kept creativity, craft and its people at its heart, and we truly have the very best of both. I’m excited to build on these brilliant foundations alongside my incredible colleagues.”
