CityU and Copacino Fujikado Launch Neon-Fueled Campaign to Motivate Busy Learners

May. 29, 2025

The “This is Your Sign” campaign features striking neon signs meant to help returning learners realize the only thing holding them back is their own excuses. It helps that CityU can walk the walk, with flexible scheduling options, rolling admissions, and persuasive stats like these:

  • 91% of grads say CityU fits their busy lives
  • 80% of alumni landed better job opportunities
  • 70% of graduates would choose CityU again if starting over

With bold messages such as "Degrees aren’t earned with a daydream" and "Your success is worth it" the campaign aims to reach those balancing work and family by positioning CityU as the ideal solution for busy people who are eager to learn, grow, and get to the next level in their careers.

Lianne Onart, Group Creative Director at Copacino Fujikado said:

“We wanted to jolt people out of their inertia with a powerful message that CityU can meet you where you are and offer a path to a better career. People often say they’re waiting for a sign. Well, here it is.”

Jason Elliott, Vice President of Marketing and Enrollment of City University of Seattle said:

“We wanted a campaign for our upcoming recruiting period that makes a higher education degree feel both urgent and achievable. The Copacino Fujikado team got that right away and came up with a visually compelling concept that really showcased how we can help people improve their lives.”

The campaign launches across social media today and will expand to OOH placements this summer.
