Cut+Run Promotes Brady Fiero To Director Of Production
Jan. 27, 2026
Cut+Run announces the promotion of Brady Fiero to Director of Production. In this role, Fiero will oversee production operations for Cut+Run and Jogger Studios’ Los Angeles teams, as AI tools are integrated into post-production workflows.
Fiero sees the role as a continuation of the grounded, real-world approach he helped shape.
Brady Fiero, Director of Production said:
“The challenge wasn’t just learning new tools. It was educating teams on how and when to use them, and building systems people could trust. The tools will keep evolving, but the standard doesn’t change. Our job is still to help ideas turn into decisions, and decisions turn into great work.”
In 2025, these insights shaped real client work—speeding up versioning, enabling earlier creative exploration, and streamlining finishing and localization—while preserving the care and authorship Cut+Run is known for, as well as Jogger’s precision-first approach.
Amburr Farls, Managing Partner at Cut+Run and Jogger Studios said:
“Our priority has always been the craft and the story. We are taking the time to understand how and when AI is most useful. Our goal is to use it responsibly, without ever losing taste or intention.”
Cut+Run Partner Jay Nelson added:
“The new tools aren’t making decisions about what the best choice actually is. What makes them fun to use is that they help reduce the tedious aspects of the work, allowing more time for the human-led creative process.”
Alicia Cargile, Executive Producer of Jogger Studios said:
“We spent a lot of time stress-testing where automation could reduce friction without introducing uncertainty. If it didn’t make the work more reliable or more considered, it didn’t make it into the pipeline.”
As the industry heads into 2026, Cut+Run and Jogger Studios remain committed to refining their workflows in collaboration with production, agency, and brand partners, prioritizing transparency, trust, and creative excellence at every stage of the process.
