FCB Brasil ACD Leticia Rodrigues Will Take Part In Cannes Lions' "See It Be It" Program

Feb. 14, 2022

FCB Brasil ACD Leticia Rodrigues has been chosen to participate in the representative program for development of female talents "See It Be It" (SIBI), and will join the 2022 Cannes Festival delegation this year. Cannes Lions has selected 15 participants for the 2021/2022 SIBI program, but since the in-person event was cancelled last year, the participants will join this year's edition.

Leticia comments:

"SIBI is a program in which vulnerabilities can – and should – be brought to the surface, without any judgments. If we consider that the industry doesn't make us feel welcome, initiatives like this are very important in order to strengthen women's leadership around the world, increase our representativeness, and inspire future generations to envision themselves there as well."

Another five participants will be selected among cis and trans women, and non-binary individuals, to complete the total roster of 20 global female talents. Candidates may sign up before the February 16 deadline. The final roster will be announced in March.

The idea of the SIBI program is to support global female talent in the creativity industry, and encourage these women to take on leadership roles. All participants will receive a pass to the Cannes Lions Festival, which takes place June 20-24, in addition to hotel stay, participation in workshops, and mentoring by industry leaders.

This edition's ambassador will be Swati Bhattacharya, FCB India CCO, who will guide participants in the program alongside SIBI President Madonna Badger, Founder and CCO of Badger & Winters. Nearly 100 female talents have taken part in SIBI to date, and many have gone on to take leadership roles, win awards, and participate as Cannes Lions jurors.
