Full Contact Brings on Erin Regan and Mark Battista as Managing Partners

Full-service advertising agency Full Contact has added two key members to its team, Erin Regan and Mark Battista.
Managing Partner Erin Regan is motivated by a relentless pursuit to drive innovation in the modern agency landscape. She is a seasoned agency leader whose role is to drive the company’s strategic vision forward by unlocking new avenues for growth through new client acquisition, new capabilities, and operational efficiencies. Her responsibilities at Full Contact include growth and operations.
Prior to joining Full Contact, Regan was chief growth officer at GYK Antler, principal and owner of a strategic consultancy, and head of Business Development and an account leader at Arnold Worldwide. She worked at Full Contact previously both as a consultant and as an account leader so her transition back has been a homecoming of sorts, just in a new capacity.
Managing Partner Mark Battista lives at the intersection of groundbreaking ideas and profitable business decisions. This natural problem solver and strategic thinker has cultivated a 25-year reputation for delivering transformative marketing solutions to world-class brands such as Unilever, Ocean Spray, Carnival, Cadbury, BODYARMOR, ButcherBox, Pizza Hut and M&M's by developing bold, breakthrough brand ideas rooted in data. He will have access to all of Full Contact’s clients and is relentlessly focused on driving excellence across the portfolio and within the internal team that services them.
Whether working with established iconic brands or disruptive startups, Battista leads teams to push creative boundaries to fuel maximum brand, business, and cultural impact. The Boston native spent most of his career in New York at agencies such as BBDO, JWT, and Grey. Since returning home, Battista has worked as executive director of Brand Experience at Arnold Worldwide, then as managing director at GYK Antler, which is where he worked with Regan. He is now, hopefully, at his forever agency.
