GlassView Appoints James Moore as Chief Revenue Officer to Unlock New Growth for Clients
Nov. 04, 2025
GlassView, creator of the Emotional Intelligence Engine™ powered by UPenn Medicine spinout Cogwear, today announced James Moore as its first Chief Revenue Officer — a move that accelerates the company’s vision to unite emotion and AI for next-generation media performance.
Moore will lead global revenue operations, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, with an immediate focus on expanding GlassView’s emotion-driven intelligence into new channels to unlock scalable growth for clients.
J. Brooks, Founder & CEO of GlassView said:
"Emotional intelligence has proven to be a true performance multiplier — driving measurable lift across creative and media. James is a builder who turns vision into velocity. With his track record of transforming process into profit, we’ll extend our advantage deeper into the $1 trillion ad ecosystem."
A 20-year industry veteran, Moore brings deep expertise in SaaS, adtech, and performance media. He joins GlassView from Simpli.fi, where he spent 14 years helping scale the company from an early-stage startup into a leading 9 figure Net recurring revenue ad tech platform. During his tenure, Simpli.fi secured major investments from Frontier Growth, GTCR, and ultimately Blackstone, who invested at a publicly announced $1.5B valuation.
Moore said:
“I’ve spent my career building engines that turn process into performance. GlassView has something rare — a technology that connects directly to human emotion. Bringing that intelligence into more channels will change how brands grow and how consumers connect.”
Moore’s arrival accelerates GlassView’s expansion across the U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific, and deepens its leadership in the emerging field of emotion-powered performance marketing.
