H/L's "Real Drive" Ad With Toyota & Palisades Tahoe Debuts at Olympics, Airs During Super Bowl LX

Feb. 10, 2026

Bay Area-based independent media and ad agency H/L partnered with Toyota and Palisades Tahoe to deliver a pulse-pounding promo, "Real Drive," which premiered during the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympic Games and aired during Super Bowl LX across the Northern California region. The spot pairs Olympic gold medalist Jonny Moseley with 15-year-old freestyle moguls skier Beau Rohlen, an aspiring Olympian, to launch the all-new 2026 Toyota RAV4.

Toyota, The Official Vehicle of Palisades Tahoe, is captured in motion in high-impact, energetic scenes, slicing through the frame as Rohlen and Moseley take to the resort’s snowy terrain. Conceived by H/L and produced by its integrated in-house production team, Wolfhouse, the fast-paced, action-driven spot captures Palisades Tahoe in pristine bluebird conditions, elevated by bold motion graphics, VFX, dynamic sound design, and music crafted for the biggest stages in sports. The antidote to traditional “car in snow” footage, “Real Drive” starts with accomplished humans doing what they do best and features Toyota’s fully redesigned hybrid 2026 RAV4, reflecting athletic excellence on the slopes.

Dallas Baker, Executive Creative Director at H/L said:

"H/L’s latest work in its Toyota/Palisades Tahoe partnership is about meeting this exciting moment with the momentum made by world-class athletes on their sports’ biggest stages, an iconic Northern California destination, and the most advanced RAV4 Toyota has ever built."

“Real Drive” leverages Toyota’s partnership with Palisades Tahoe and the US Ski & Snowboard Team to harness the excitement for the Winter Olympics and the NFL in Northern California. Anchoring the film in shots of Rohlen and Moseley in action, cutting down the slopes at Palisades Tahoe, and seeing Toyota vehicles breaking through the frame energetically puts the vehicles on the same playing field as these professional athletes.

Grey Rosado, Senior Editor at Wolfhouse said:

"From the moment I saw the boards for ‘Real Drive,’ I knew this campaign was going to be a wild ride. The close collaboration between H/L and the Wolfhouse production team—from concept to post—was key to ensuring every dynamic transition and detail landed seamlessly."
