Jelly Welcomes Director duo Ben & Julia to Global Roster
Apr. 22, 2026
Today, global creative studio Jelly announces the signing of Ben&Julia, the Berlin-based director duo who specialise in playful, surreal, character-driven storytelling.
Combining analogue craft with high-end digital execution, they art direct and direct everything from large-scale commercial productions to social-first and short-form content - blending live action, puppetry, motion design and 3D animation.
Surrounded by lenses, cameras, props, miniatures and handmade objects, their Berlin studio is a playground-like creative environment: a place built for constant experimentation, prototyping and play. Curiosity is the engine underneath everything they make.
They have crafted worlds and campaigns for global clients including Firefox, Nike, Hyundai, Hankook, Subway, Diesel and Intermarché.

Jelly EP Pierre Gobin commented:
“For brands looking to build distinctive worlds with a very human and playful perspective, Ben&Julia bring something special. Their tone is lighthearted, their characters memorable, and their visual identity instantly recognisable because it’s so charming. They’re the opposite of generic directors. You laugh, you react, you connect. Their work is conceptually bold, tactile, and built to last. Their ideas attract attention and grow with a brand over time. They’re full of originality, and we’re thrilled to be working with them internationally.”
Ben&Julia will be represented by Jelly worldwide, excluding Germany and Switzerland.
