HAMLET China have hired Executive Producer Josslyn Gao as Executive Producer in their Shanghai office.
Josslyn joins from Avatr to work alongside Managing Partner & EP Yimeng Zhang.
With an MA in Television from UAL (University of the Arts London), Josslyn has eight years of experience in film and television production in Shanghai and London contributing to the production and promotion of multiple TV dramas and reality shows.
Josslyn later transitioned to advertising production as an Executive Producer/Producer creating campaigns for Under Armour, Volkswagen, Hilton, Budweiser, Burberry, Baidu, UnionPay, Marie Claire and Mihoyo.
Her passion for film is evident in her directorial investigative documentary ‘Yellow Fever’ which has received, or been nominated for, several Oscar-qualified awards.

“I'm thrilled to be joining Hamlet.I have always admired the company's creative vision and innovative spirit. I am incredibly excited to see how my past experiences in production can intersect with and enhance the remarkable work being done at Hamlet.”
