M+C Saatchi North America Appoints David Hermer as CFO & COO
Jun. 08, 2026
M+C Saatchi North America today announced the appointment of David Hermer as Chief Financial and Operating Officer, a newly combined role designed to bring financial stewardship and operational leadership together as the agency continues to expand across North America.
Hermer joins from Publicis Groupe, where he spent more than 13 years in a series of senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Global CFO across two of Publicis Groupe's largest international client relationships, Heineken and Samsung, with leadership responsibilities spanning Amsterdam, Seoul and New York.
The appointment comes during a period of significant growth and transformation for M+C Saatchi North America. Over the past 18 months, the agency has consolidated previously siloed capabilities into a unified regional operating model while expanding leadership across strategy, creative, growth, consulting, health, sport, production and communications. Recent wins including Brand USA, Novo Nordisk and the U.S. Soccer Federation reflect increasing demand for the agency's integrated approach to reputation, cultural relevance and business transformation.
M+C Saatchi North America CEO Nadja Bellan-White said:
“This role is about far more than finance. As our business has scaled and our model has become increasingly integrated, we knew we needed someone who could strengthen our commercial discipline and help build the operational foundation for our next phase of growth. David brings exactly that combination.”
Based in New York, Hermer will partner closely with Bellan-White to oversee the agency’s financial operations while helping strengthen commercial strategy, forecasting, resource management and operational integration.
Hermer brings two decades of financial leadership experience, including more than a decade helping lead some of the industry's largest global client relationships. His track record navigating increasingly integrated agency structures and complex international businesses positions him well to support M+C Saatchi North America's continued evolution.
Hermer said:
"I've spent much of my career helping organizations navigate complexity while building for growth. What stood out to me about M+C Saatchi was the strength of the leadership team and the momentum already underway across North America. The opportunity to help shape the next chapter of the business alongside leaders I deeply respect was one I couldn't pass up."
