Noble People Announces John Gladysz as First Head of Product
Dec. 16, 2024
Independent media agency Noble People has tapped John Gladysz as its first-ever Head of Product. In the newly created role, Gladysz will develop go-to-market client solutions combining the agency’s expertise in business strategy, media planning, media buying and data analytics.
Noble People will look to Gladysz to build out its product offerings that highlight its unique cross-divisional approach to media buying. By blending creativity and data-supported science, he will create innovative strategies focused on future trends. In addition, Gladysz will develop company-wide solutions to drive the agency’s clients’ initiatives.
Lindsay Lustberg, Chief Operating Officer and Partner, Noble People said:
“We’re excited for John to serve as a strategic partner for our clients. As Head of Product, he will unite client, creative and technical teams so we can deliver on the goals CEOs and CFOs hold in utmost importance.”
Gladysz said:
“A brand that simply optimizes media will plateau within a year. Creativity is the key to sustained gains in performance. At Noble People, we're building people, partnerships and systems for brands that want to leverage creativity to grow faster.”
Gladysz previously served as Havas Media's U.S. Head of Mx Planning. He also was an SVP of Analytics for Universal McCann and held other leadership roles at Barkley and Interpublic Group.
The announcement of Gladysz’s hiring builds on a year of exponential growth for Noble People. In 2024, the agency added 30% in annualized account wins, including projects with Marco’s Pizza, Stripe, and Oofos. Its work with Jira for the "It Starts with Jira" campaign led to a 58% increase in impression share within the project management category and a 147% boost in conversions among business email users due to key placements and strategic partnerships with Uber and United Airlines.
Gladysz will be in charge of cultivating the agency’s leaders and teams, including training and coaching its internal talent. To accomplish these tasks, he will build on Noble People’s years of in-depth business knowledge, unique category and consumer data insights, creative agency experience, and industry-leading media planning and execution.
