OK COOL Expands Senior Team, Naming Stephanie Hottlet Head of Production
Aug. 14, 2025
Strategic and social creative agency OK COOL has strengthened its leadership team with three senior appointments, hiring Stephanie Hottlet as Head of Production, and promoting Jamie Marks and Annie House to Head of Client Services and Head of Strategy respectively. All three roles are newly created.
The moves follow a period of significant growth for OK COOL, which has recently secured retained business from brands including New Look and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. They follow on from the agency’s appointment of Alex Williamson as Executive Creative Director and Maxime Rozencwajg as Head of Creator Partnerships in July.
Stephanie Hottlet joins from global marketing agency RAPP, where she was Head of Production and brand guardian on the Burberry account. Over her eight years at the agency, she oversaw all productions, managed the team, built a roster of talent and post-production partners, and led global campaigns for clients including PayPal, Laithwaites and Mercedes-Benz.
A seasoned producer with over 25 years’ experience, Stephanie began her career in music, working on live event content and DVD captures for the MOBO Awards and the Princes Trust, with artists including Morcheeba, Paul Weller and New Order. She has since gone on to work with a wide range of luxury brands including Range Rover, Farfetch and Coty, and is known for her ability to nurture and grow production talent.
In her new role as Head of Production, Hottlet will lead all content production at OK COOL, overseeing a team of 10, with a focus on elevating creative output and driving production efficiencies across the agency. With each client bringing a unique set of production needs, she will be tasked with developing agile processes that enable the creation of visually distinctive work. She will also work to expand the agency’s in-house team, bringing together producers, creative shooters, art directors, designers and editors.
Jamie Marks has been promoted from the position of Client Partner to the role of Head of Client Services. Having joined OK COOL in February 2024, he has played a significant role in driving growth from new and existing clients, being instrumental in pitch wins for Berghaus, New Look and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. With 16+ years of account management experience, Marks has previously held positions at RAPP, TMW Unlimited, Kitcatt Nohr and Fitch.
In his new position at OK COOL, Marks will lead a team of 14, focusing on nurturing and growing existing relationships, and working closely with each account team to ensure that the agency is providing best-in-class client service and project management.
Annie House has stepped up from the position of Strategy Director to the role of Head of Strategy. Since joining OK COOL in October 2022, House has been singlehandedly responsible for shaping the agency’s strategic proposition, leading social strategy, insights and trends reporting and the annual trends report, as well as making inspiration sessions and consultancy some of the agency’s most sought after services.
In her new role, House will work to grow the five-strong strategy team and bolster the agency’s strategic offering even further.
Katrina Bain, Managing Director, OK COOL, said:
“This is the next phase for OK COOL, and with Steph, Jamie and Annie in place, we now have true leadership across every core discipline. Annie is one of the sharpest strategists I’ve ever come across, culturally tuned-in, creatively fearless, and always a few steps ahead. Jamie brings a rare mix of commercial acumen and emotional intelligence, which makes him brilliant at shaping teams that are fit for client needs. And Steph has an incredible network and deep production expertise, whether its bold, cinematic brand moments to fast, culture-led social, she makes it happen with calm, precision and craft. Together they bring the kind of energy, clarity and capability we need as we grow.”
Jolyon Varley, Co-Founder and Global Head of Brand, OK COOL, added:
“We’re growing fast, and that only works if you’ve got the right people leading from the front. These appointments mark a real step change for the agency, not just in terms of structure, but in the strength and depth of our leadership. We’ve now got senior specialists across every part of the business, and that puts us in a great position to deliver bigger, bolder work while staying true to what makes OK COOL different.”
Stephanie Hottlet, Head of Production, OK COOL, concluded:
“OK COOL is growing at pace and doing the kind of work that really pushes creative boundaries. It’s an exciting time to join, and I’m looking forward to helping shape a production proposition that’s built for what clients need today. I’m excited to build on the brilliant foundations already in place. There’s a real energy here, and I can’t wait to get stuck in.”
