ONLYCH1LD Reunites with Genesys for New Chapter of "The Next Level of Experience"
Jun. 17, 2026
ONLYCH1LD returns with Genesys®, a global cloud leader in AI-Powered Experience Orchestration, for the latest installment of its ongoing campaign, "The Next Level of Experience." Building on the momentum of the initial launch, the latest work expands the campaign with a new series of dynamically-shot spots and multiple social cutdowns featuring top athletes across Formula 1, tennis and golf, highlighting the brand’s global sponsorships.
At the heart of the campaign is the extended partnership between Genesys and Scuderia Ferrari HP. Ferrari is off to a fast start in the 2026 season and is the team to watch. The spots place viewers inside the world of preparation, the pressure and the precision required to perform when it matters most.
Danielle Kieschnick, SVP of Global Brand at Genesys said:
"This latest chapter of the campaign highlights the drive to continuously raise the bar and exceed expectations — something that defines both elite athletes, teams and the organizations setting a new standard for customer experience. Through this work, we’re showcasing how Genesys helps organizations deliver the next level of customer experience through Agentic AI orchestration so they can be connected, responsive and ready for every moment.”
Shot across South Florida, Las Vegas, Paris, and Ferrari's Maranello campus, the campaign unfolds through the Genesys partnerships with Scuderia Ferrari HP and its drivers, Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc, the Laver Cup with tennis legends Andre Agassi and Yannick Noah, and Majesticks Golf Club featuring team co-captains Lee Westwood and Ian Poulter.
Built on the idea that progress drives performance, the campaign explores the preparation and split-second decisions required to operate at the highest level. Through choreographed camera movement and athlete-driven storytelling, the work captures the precision, coordination and focus that define both elite sport and the experiences Genesys helps deliver. As Lewis Hamilton says in one of the spots, “the pressure’s what creates diamonds."
Director Samuel Miller of ONLYCH1LD said:
“The idea was the visual language should feel highly unexpected, but orchestrated. The camera moves with speed and precision, but it never feels mechanical — it feels graceful, almost meditative. The idea being that we could mirror elite athleticism with well-designed technology. Basically, a highly technical filmmaking process used to create something deeply human. Like Genesys.”
Timed to roll out alongside and in support of major sporting moments, the campaign extends the Genesys presence across its global sponsorship portfolio, putting the brand in front of its ideal audience at the moments that matter most in sport.
This marks the third consecutive year ONLYCH1LD has led both creative strategy and production of the global campaign for Genesys, a relationship that has helped define the studio’s growing niche at the intersection of precision sports and technology. Reinforcing its role as both creative and production partner, ONLYCH1LD continues to build campaigns designed to perform at scale.
