System1, The Creative Effectiveness Platform, today announced the appointment of Kimberly Bastoni as Global Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Bastoni has more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning advertising, innovation and brand research, enterprise sales, marketing and research technology. Throughout her career, including leadership roles at Kantar, MetrixLab, Qualtrics, and Alida (Vision Critical), she has helped organizations scale commercial teams, strengthen enterprise customer relationships and bring innovative research technologies to market. She has led account strategies behind sustained enterprise growth, helping expand major global client relationships from early engagements into substantial, long-term revenue.
James Gregory, CEO of System1 said:
"Coming off a record second half, we're entering FY27 with a broader customer base and strong operating discipline, and we're focused on accelerating revenue growth from here. Kim brings a rare combination of deep research expertise, proven enterprise growth leadership and firsthand product experience. She has built commercial organizations that scale, and she is well positioned to build on the momentum we've established."
Bastoni has also spent much of her career close to the product itself, including helping build Qualtrics' brand tracking platform, giving her firsthand experience in what it takes to build and deliver research technology.
Bastoni said:
"Brands are under increasing pressure to make every marketing investment count. System1 has built an extraordinary platform grounded in behavioural science and predictive technology, and I'm excited to help more organizations use those insights to make better creative decisions and drive measurable business growth, globally."
Bastoni's appointment supports System1's strategy to expand enterprise adoption across its global footprint, strengthen its U.S. market presence, and scale its AI-powered platform to help brands make more confident marketing decisions through predictive, emotion-based insights.
