Therese Mayer Joins Company 3 Los Angeles as Executive Producer
Mar. 19, 2026
Company 3 is pleased to share that Therese Mayer has joined its advertising team in Los Angeles as Executive Producer. Mayer arrives at the award-winning post-production house with a wide range of experience across the global visual effects and post-production landscape, having held leadership and production roles at some of the most respected studios in the United States. In her new role at Company 3, she will leverage her extensive background to oversee high-profile projects and further strengthen the studio’s world-class advertising and commercial offerings.
Mayer’s career is marked by a consistent record of success in managing complex creative workflows. Before joining Company 3, she served as Executive Producer at Blacksmith VFX, following impactful tenures at MPC, Electric Theatre Collective and Blur Studio. Her expertise spans the entire production lifecycle, from her early roots in resource scheduling and recruitment to her recent years leading large-scale VFX and post-production teams.
Mayer said:
"Color has always felt like the most magical part of the post process to me, and some of my favorite films were graded within these walls. So to be surrounded by this caliber of colorist and finishing artist every day is something I don't take lightly. What I hope people understand about Company 3 is that as accomplished as this studio is, the experience of working here is genuinely intimate and tailored to each client and each project. That combination, of world-class talent with a real personal touch, is rare, and I can't wait to help more clients discover it."
Meghan Lang, SVP, Global Managing Director, Advertising, expressed her enthusiasm for the new appointment:
"Having first worked with Therese back at MPC, I’ve seen firsthand that her passion for connecting people is equal to her dedication to the craft. She is a powerhouse in the post-production community who understands that the strongest creative work is built on the strongest relationships. Her ability to navigate complex ecosystems while keeping a personal touch makes her a perfect fit for our team as we continue to elevate our global client services."
By joining this award-winning team, Mayer reinforces Company 3's position as a leader in creative finishing and visual storytelling.
