Under Armour Celebrates the Off-Season And Invites Football Stars to Five-Star Resort
Jul. 24, 2026
Under Armour has launched “Rest Less”, its latest sportswear campaign and the brand’s boldest expression of UA sportswear to date, starring footballers Ferran Torres, Fermín López and Ollie Watkins alongside actor and comedian Nick Mohammed, artist Riles, and social creator Sharky.
MOX introduces Hotel Armouré, a five-star resort welcoming iconic athletes for some chaos- infused R&R during their off-season. A space for recovery built for obsessives who check-in, but never truly switch off. When the world’s most restless players check in, no one has time to check out.
The Under Armour Rest Less FW26 collection is woven into every part of Hotel Armouré. Lightweight. Versatile. A collection built for a restless summer.
The Hotel Manager, played by the affable Nick Mohammed, welcomes a host of guests who each arrive with major baggage, and before you know it things quickly descend into chaos, and relaxation doesn’t stand a chance. The only thing guaranteed is hotel staff breaking a sweat.
The campaign begins on 16 July with a fictional out-of-home banner flying above a beach, teasing the arrival of Hotel Armouré. Short films of hotel staff frantically preparing for the summer follow, before leaked footage reveals Ollie Watkins practising his golf swing in a hotel robe when he thinks no one's watching. The story unfolds through episodic content: dramatic early arrivals, iced swimming pools, golf ball collisions. At the end of a restless off-season, the hotel returns to peace as its special guests say their goodbyes.
Mackenzie Sheppard, Director, ProdCo said:
"Nick Mohammed, three footie stars, and taking over a hotel... what better reason to get on board than that? Massive credit to Under Armour and MOX for dreaming up such a brilliantly ridiculous world and letting us run wild in it. I'm still waiting for the green light for the full season."
The trailer will run across VOD and BVOD in the UK, France and Spain, as well as UK cinema, supported by social-first teasers, creator content and short-form vignettes across the UA ecosystem. MOX acted as the creative agency, concepting, developing, and producing the entire creative campaign.
Matt, MOX Co-founder and Executive Creative Director, said:
"After a World Cup summer, we wanted to build Under Armour a world of its own. So we got obsessed with footballers off the pitch. The restless energy, the headlines, the outfits, the fact they never actually switch off. Hotel Armouré is where all of that collides. Entertainment, fashion and football, blurred into one. A bit Fawlty Towers, a bit White Lotus, with three top-flight footballers and Nick Mohammed thrown in. What more do you want? We wanted every frame to feel as restless as the players themselves."
The Hotel Armouré world extends beyond the hero films through creator collaborations shot at the hotel itself. Pool Guy discovers Under Armour products floating through the resort’s pool, while cleaning creator Jack.Designs brings his trademark ASMR style to the aftermath of Ollie Watkins’ stay. Together they turn Hotel Armouré into an ongoing social world audiences can keep checking back into.
