Wink Expands Senior Team to Lead Mega-Platform Activations for 2026 Global Sports Moments
Feb. 12, 2026
With 2026 shaping up to be a defining year for global sport and culture moments, and experiential marketing playing an increasingly central role in how brands connect with audiences, WINK Worldwide is expanding its senior creative and business team as it gears up for activations spanning the Winter Olympics, the FIFA™ World Cup, and early preparations for the Los Angeles 2028 Summer Games. This expansion reflects a wider shift towards “mega-platforms”: large-scale cultural moments that extend beyond a single campaign.
Lewy Westhoff and Ryan Wolters step into new roles as Associate Creative Directors in Amsterdam and New York respectively. In New York, Sam Presperin joins as Global Business Director, while Senior Art Director Stephanie Williams comes aboard in London. Amsterdam also sees the arrival of Art Director Sofie de Kam and Associate Project Director Bex Gower.
These appointments follow the addition of four internationally recognised Creative Directors late last year, continuing a period of growth as demand for large-scale, culture-led experiential work accelerates. With clients including Corona, Budweiser, SKY Showtime, and The North Face, WINK has cemented its reputation as a go-to partner for brands looking to show up meaningfully around major cultural moments.
- Sam Presperin - Global Business Director
A business, production, and operations leader with a hands-on entrepreneurial streak, Sam is the ultimate creative enabler. Having witnessed firsthand the power of communal experience and the energy of live culture while working on global music festivals, Sam built a multifaceted career spanning event production, traditional advertising, and experiential. An expert in shifting gears at speed, she brings a no-nonsense, adrenaline-infused approach to brands and global agencies including FCB, Geometry, and Genuine Overkill.
- Stephanie Williams - Senior Art Director
With a background in theatre, Stephanie loves to bring stories to life through spatial play. Her work is centred around narrative, interaction, and bold visual ideas across set design, site-specific installations, performance, and retail activations. Formerly an Art Director and Designer at Burberry, she oversaw Fashion Week campaigns from conception to show design, activations and events; as well as seasonal campaigns, window designs, and global brand moments. Before joining WINK, Stephanie was a freelance multidisciplinary designer, crafting immersive environments for luxury brands like Cartier, Hermès, Chanel, and Sephora.
- Sofie de Kam - Art Director
Sofie is passionate about delving into the depths of digital culture, XR, and imagineering. She’s especially drawn to the interplay between physical and digital realms - where she firmly believes the future lies - grounded in human-led insights and authenticity. These passions guide her work at WINK. Previously at DEPT® and XSAGA, her expertise spans concepting, art direction, creative production, and furniture design (after 6pm), as well as being a board member of Dutch Digital Design.
- Bex Gower - Associate Project Director
With over a decade in brand marketing and events both agency and brand-side, and deep roots in food and beverage, New Zealander Bex understands the importance of enhancing a brand’s reputation and maximizing potential through high-impact live campaigns. She has worked with Red Bull, Pernod Ricard, DEPT®, and L’Oréal. A born problem-solver with creative flair, Bex is hands-on, strategic - and always optimistic.
- Ryan Wolters - Associate Creative Director
Cape Town–born art director Ryan left his native South Africa for Amsterdam 11 years ago and hasn’t looked back. With a strong traditional creative background, he has worked at some of Amsterdam’s top network and independent agencies, including TBWA\NEBOKO, Wolfstreet, and VIRTUE, making campaigns for leading brands. At WINK, he brings trademark originality to designing experiences that don’t exist anywhere else.
- Lewy Westhoff - Associate Creative Director
Passionate about moving images and all things visual from an early age, Lewy started his career in the Australian film industry before transitioning into creative and art direction in New York City. After various creative agencies and two years leading campaigns at experiential hotshop MATTE Projects, he’s now Associate Creative Director at WINK’s NYC outpost, where he creates cutting-edge brand moments for clients like Budweiser, and is currently working on the upcoming FIFA World Cup.
David de Bruijn, Chief Creative Officer at WINK, said:
“We’re starting 2026 with real momentum. You can feel it in the work, the culture and the people joining our team. That’s why we’re growing with a mix of big promotions and new talent across disciplines. Experiential is seeing serious momentum as more brands turn toward real-world moments that add something to people’s lives. And the best part? We work with bad-ass humans and every new addition brings a universe of life experience that fuels our creative engine. These aren’t just talented people; they’re truly good humans to build the future with.”
