Apr. 12, 2023
A modern-day mermaid becomes the protagonist of the new campaign by LOLA MullenLowe and Gyno-Canesbalance, to tell us that "not all women are made to smell like fish down there, and you don't have to".
Gyno-Canesbalance is the leading brand in women's intimate health and its proposal is to free women from discomfort and embarrassment about vaginal problems.
LOLA MullenLowe said:
"Consumers have the right to clear and straightforward information that allows them to detect the symptoms of vaginal flora imbalance and treat them with effective products. With Gyno-Canesbalance we work precisely on communicate the most noticeable symptom - a smell that is popularly identified as fishy - eliminating any reason for complacency".
LOLA MullenLowe claims with this campaign a direct, uninhibited, and funny communication for vaginal care.
Helena Marzo, creative director LOLA MullenLowe said:
"The fine and intelligent humour of the piece allows us to talk with the naturalness that vaginal care deserves. If the main symptom is fishy smell, let's talk about fishy smell; the key is who and how to talk to women about it. In this case, no one better than a mermaid to un-shaming."
The campaign has been launched in Portugal and will soon be launched in Europe in countries such as Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, and others.
