Before joining AML, Nicola was the strategic lead at Innovation Kitchen driving brand innovation across diverse global markets including Southeast Asia, the Middle East and India. Prior to that, Nicola worked for Bulletproof in Singapore delivering brand strategies for leading FMCG, finance and tech companies. Key clients to date include - Mondelez, Nestlé, Diageo, Asahi, and Abbott.

With a reputation for delivering award-winning campaigns that connect complex organisations with their audiences, Nicola will work across AML’s broad portfolio of global clients which include: Vanguard, Aberdeen Investments and BNP Paribas.
