AML Group Has Been Recognised in the 2024 UK Best Workplaces in Advertising, Media and Marketing List
Oct. 07, 2024
The Great Place to Work survey, conducted anonymously, reported that AML employees value the hybrid working model, generous PTO, open communication plus the learning and development opportunities. To foster a high-performing and positive workplace culture, the company prioritises justice, rapport, and equity in all aspects of management and employee relations. These principles are key drivers of employee satisfaction and productivity.
Great Place to Work UK administered their research-backed Trust Index employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based Advertising, Media & Marketing employees to determine the Best Workplaces list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
CEO Ian Henderson said:
“We’ve worked incredibly hard to create a working environment which is creative, positive and supportive. It’s not always easy, but our client and staff satisfaction surveys consistently show that, while we’re always striving for better, we’re on the right track. And that’s the foundation of a successful agency.”
