Apply Digital Reconfigures Radiant Health's Customer Experience for Digital-First Audiences

Digital experience transformation firm Apply Digital has modernized the online presence of wellness brand Radiant Health in North America, with its new online stores for the USA and Canada now live.

Radiant Health was established in 1997 as a specialty provider of infrared saunas for home and professional use, but customers had previously been unable to make purchases through the website. When the business was acquired by new owners in 2024, one of the first priorities was to evolve how customers engage with the brand through digital channels.

The company’s CEO, Peter Lukomskyj, explained:

“Radiant Health is an established brand with a great reputation, but the lack of digital engagement and commerce limited its growth prospects. Customer expectations have changed, and we need to evolve to meet the needs of digital-first audiences. However, we knew it wasn’t as simple as setting up an e-commerce platform. We’d also need to update legacy customer support and engagement processes. The technology was only half the story. We also felt it was time to update the brand identity to reflect the category-defining wellness brand that Radiant Health had become.”

Apply Digital led the project from concept to delivery, partnering with leading e-commerce platforms BigCommerce and StagingPro to ensure the project could be delivered across two distinct markets - each with specific health marketing compliance requirements - within three months.

To meet regulatory needs, Apply Digital developed two versions of the e-commerce site. Using StagingPro, the Canadian site was swiftly duplicated for the American market, cutting weeks from typical development time. Both websites are powered by BigCommerce technology, allowing Radiant Health to manage operations across both regions from a single platform.

This was supported by streamlining sales support operations, which integrated sales and other inquiries into the HubSpot CRM platform. Apply Digital automated inbound sales processes and tracking with QuickBooks Online and a branded email infrastructure, replacing outdated manual processes with a digital ecosystem.

Apply Digital also completed a full brand refresh, encompassing a new logo and new look and feel, including fresh artwork. This was supported by a lifestyle-focused content strategy to cover owned media, notably the website and socials.

Wells Stringham, Head of Experience at Apply Digital, said:

“Our work with Radiant Health was an excellent opportunity to equip a trusted brand with the tools to match its ambitious growth goals. With a fully functioning e-commerce presence integrated with its first CRM system and a new brand identity, Radiant Health can reach new and returning customers with a future-proofed online shopping experience.”

Al Williams, VP & GM, B2C at BigCommerce, added:

“Radiant Health’s transformation shows what’s possible when a flexible platform meets a strategic and execution-focused partner. Apply Digital brought clarity, speed, and creativity to every stage of the project. Launching across two markets in under three months is a standout achievement—and a testament to what the right collaboration can deliver.”
