Art Directors Club of Europe Announces Finalists for ADCE Awards 2025

The Art Directors Club of Europe (ADCE) has announced the finalists for the 34th ADCE Awards, celebrating the best design and advertising work from across Europe. This year’s shortlist highlights outstanding talent from 24 countries, showcasing the innovation and diversity that define Europe’s creative industry.

An international jury of 60 leading professionals from 23 countries met online between October 17 and 29 to evaluate 653 entries submitted from 25 European countries. Following this first round, 314 projects have been selected as finalists.

The final judging sessions will take place in person in Barcelona on November 18 and 19, where jurors will deliberate to determine the Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners, as well as the Special Awards and the prestigious Grand Prix.

For the first time in several years, the final round of judging will be open to the public, allowing attendees to witness first-hand the debates and insights of Europe’s top creative leaders. Tickets are available.

The winners will be officially revealed at the ADCE Awards Gala Ceremony on November 21, during the first edition of the ADCE Creative Week, a reimagined festival format taking place November 19–21 at DHub Barcelona.

Awards and Special Recognitions

In addition to the Gold, Silver, and Bronze distinctions, Awards will celebrate projects that reflect the values and spirit of Europe:

  • European Star – Honouring work that embodies core European values such as democracy, freedom, justice, and peace.
  • Genius Loci – Celebrating creativity that captures the essence and cultural heritage of a specific place.
  • Green Star – Recognizing projects advancing sustainability, the circular economy, or environmental protection.
  • Equal Star – Rewarding creativity that challenges discrimination and promotes inclusivity.

ADCE Creative Week 2025 – A New Festival Format

The ADCE Creative Week debuts as new format of creativity festival designed to inspire, connect, and engage every creative profile.
Held at DHub Barcelona from November 19–21, the festival will feature three days of curated programming, including:

  • The AI Creative Summit intimate, global gathering focused on what it truly takes to future-proof agency culture through continuous learning, upskilling, and a spirit of experimentation
  • The AI Creative Challenge an AI Prompting Competition open to professionals and students 
  • A Portfolio Review with top European agencies and studios open to up to 60 students
  • Two Awards Galas, to celebrate the winners from both competitions, students and professionals

The week will culminate in the ADCE Awards Gala and Closing Party, where the winners of the 34th edition will be revealed, marking the grand celebration of European creativity and design.
