BCG Worldwide Names Jayelle Dorsainville as SVP, Head of Social Strategy & Influence
May. 13, 2026
BCG Worldwide, the first Black-owned agency network, today announced that Jayelle Dorsainville has joined its ranks as Senior Vice President, Head of Social Strategy & Influence.
Dorsainville joins BCG Worldwide with more than 13 years of social and digital marketing experience, most recently at Ogilvy. As leader of the network's social and influence discipline, Dorsainville will partner across creative, strategy, media and account teams to translate cultural insight into social-first storytelling and creator-led engagement strategies that help brands show up authentically in real-time cultural moments. She’ll develop culturally grounded content frameworks, shape channel strategy and lead creator partnerships to drive engagement for clients.
Tara DeVeaux, CEO of BCG Worldwide and Burrell Communications Group said:
“While many brands want to cement themselves in culture, few truly understand the dynamics within communities that shape the conversation and determine whether a brand shows up as authentic or opportunistic. Jayelle’s ability to translate those insights into authentic, brand-relevant storytelling makes her a rare – and essential – talent. We are thrilled to have her onboard.”
Dorsainville said:
"Brands don’t create relevance simply by showing up; they earn it by understanding how people engage and what matters to them. That’s where social and influence – by virtue of being on the frontline and interacting with the very people brands are hoping to reach – has the greatest opportunity to drive real connection. I am energized and excited to take on this role and make this happen for BCG Worldwide’s incredible client roster."
