bet365 and VML Seattle Unveil the Latest Chapter of "Winning is Everything"

Aug. 26, 2026

Today, bet365, in partnership with VML Seattle, unveils the latest chapter of its “Winning Is Everything” campaign, introducing a new series of TV spots. Originally launched in March, the campaign aims to shake up the sports betting landscape by inspiring active sports bettors who currently use other sportsbooks to make the switch to bet365.

VML Seattle and bet365 are opening a cinematic new chapter establishing bet365 as “The Home of Winning Early” with features like Early Payout, Early Bird Special and Early Cashout bringing the campaign’s signature betting one-upmanship to life through the conventions of iconic movie genres.

Designed to drop you in the middle of an authentic movie trailer, the spots open with heightened drama, epic stakes, and larger-than-life storytelling—before revealing that the hero at the center of it all is simply a bettor who can’t resist sharing their read on the game.

The work builds on the original campaign’s comedic premise: putting bettors in situations where they clearly don’t belong, then watching them interrupt with increasingly elaborate stories to prove they know their stuff, even when they don’t quite know how to read a room.

By tapping into the familiar language of cinema, VML Seattle and bet365 give the platform a fresh visual and cultural lens while staying true to the human behavior that made the original idea resonate: the irresistible urge to one-up the room with a great betting story.

Alice Mathias directed the spots. Known for her work on Netflix’s cult comedy I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson, as well as DetroitersThe Other Two and At Home with Amy Sedaris, Mathias brings a distinctive visual style, sharp comedic timing and a knack for turning bold ideas into memorable entertainment.

Stephanie DeFlora, CMO, bet365 said:

“For sports bettors, few things are more satisfying than winning before the game’s over. At bet365, we know that feeling well—thanks to our signature Early Payout feature, winning early is in our DNA. This latest chapter of our ‘Winning Is Everything’ campaign puts a cinematic spotlight on what defines a bet365 bettor: always having a read on the game, and never being shy about sharing it, while establishing bet365 as ‘The Home of Winning Early.’”

Kyle Gracey,  Executive Creative Director, VML Seattle said:

“Sports betting commercials have become very celebrity-heavy, so we decided to go a different direction. We wanted to build characters and stories that people might actually remember. We took our bettors and dropped them into the kinds of big, ridiculous, over-the-top movies we grew up loving. We also leaned-in and committed to these movie-worlds. From framing and aspect ratio to color, texture and the visual language of those eras, there’s a lot of love and craft behind making each spot feel like it genuinely belongs in that genre, right up until a bettor walks in and ruins the movie. That tension is where the campaign gets really fun”

The campaign is running on broadcast channels, In-bar, CTV, OLV, and with digital partners.
