Brandon Appoints Erin Regan as Chief Growth Officer
Feb. 04, 2026
Brandon, a marketing agency built to make bold brands unstoppable, has named Erin Regan as its new Chief Growth Officer. In this role, Regan will lead client acquisition, identify new capability areas, and drive operational strategies to fuel the agency's continued expansion.
Regan joins Brandon from Full Contact, where she served as Managing Partner, overseeing agency growth and client partnerships. Her career spans leadership roles at some of the industry's most respected shops: she previously served as Chief Growth Officer at GYK Antler and led business development across Arnold Worldwide's Boston and New York offices, including serving as the integration lead on global opportunities when Arnold partnered with the Havas network.
Regan said:
“Brands today need partners who can move fast without sacrificing craft, and that can be a tricky balance to strike. Brandon has figured it out. They're building something that feels genuinely modern, not just an agency claiming to be. I couldn't pass up the chance to join such a stellar leadership team and help scale that.”
Her client experience runs deep and wide, from global icons like Jeep, Marriott, and Ocean Spray to regional powerhouses including the Boston Bruins, Hasbro Gaming, and Hardee's.
Scott Brandon, CEO of Brandon said:
“Erin has built brands at every scale, from global giants to regional favorites, and she’s done it across some of the best agencies in the business. That range is rare. We're at a point where we need a growth leader who can see around corners and open doors we haven't even knocked on yet. Erin is that person.”
Regan was recently honored as one of the “2024 Women We Admire” at the Boston Ad Club's Women Leadership Forum. She has served on the 4A’s New Business Committee and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Hospitality and Tourism Council.
