Customer Service and HEETCH Launch a new Campaign: For Those Who Love Overpaying
Mar. 07, 2025
For those who insist on paying more for the same ride, HEETCH has the perfect offer: UBEETCH.
HEETCH, the largest Uber competitor in France, is launching a bold new 360° campaign that playfully trolls its biggest rival. The message? Same cars, same speed—just 23% cheaper on average. Yet, given Uber’s dominance, HEETCH figured some riders must enjoy spending more. So, it created UBEETCH, a promo code that lets customers pay 23% more for their HEETCH ride—bringing the price in line with Uber.
Victor Sidorof, Creative director at Customer Service said:
"We wanted to have some fun while making a point—HEETCH offers the same ride at a better price. UBEETCH is a tongue-in-cheek way to show how much people can save by choosing us. Ultimately, it’s all about giving riders more options and a smarter choice."
This tongue-in-cheek initiative spans press, digital, and influencer channels, reinforcing HEETCH’s position as France's most affordable ride-hailing service.
Renaud Berthe, CMO of HEETCH said:
"HEETCH is the cheapest VTC in France, and we’re not afraid to say it loud and clear. This campaign is a fun way to highlight how much riders can save by choosing us over our competitor."
Since 2013, HEETCH has held the No. 2 spot in the French ride-hailing market, offering a driver-friendly, affordable alternative to Uber. The campaign is out now in paris until mid-march.
