DAVID's Iconic Creative Duo Rog & Pretto Returns to Lead the Sao Paulo Office as CCOs

Aug. 19, 2026

Rogério Chaves and Fabrício Pretto, who were part of DAVID from 2018 to 2025, are returning to the agency, now as Chief Creative Officers (CCOs). The duo returns at the invitation of Sylvia Panico, Global Chief Operating Officer (COO), with whom they will lead the agency’s Brazil office.

Known in the industry as Rog & Pretto, the creatives have built one of the most notable creative careers in Brazilian advertising. They have worked together for around 13 years and, during their first chapter at DAVID, held nearly every position within the creative department: copywriter and art director, Associate Creative Directors, Creative Directors and Executive Creative Directors (ECDs).

Over those seven years, they created memorable campaigns for Burger King, Mondelez, Coca-Cola, Netflix and Corona, among other brands. Now, they return to take on the only creative leadership role they had yet to hold at the agency.

In addition to earning numerous international awards, Rog & Pretto are known for creating campaigns that go beyond advertising and become part of popular culture. Among their most iconic works are Burger Glitch, created for Burger King in 2022 and one of the most awarded campaigns in the brand’s history; Morumbis, developed for BIS (Mondelez) the following year; as well as other hits including Calvo Drive-Thru for Burger King and Will Smith Sem Legendas for Nomad (a local bank).

Sylvia Panico said:

“The greatest strength of an agency is its people. It’s always great when top talent comes home. It says a lot about our culture. Rog and Pretto believe in the way we work, and we’re very happy to have them back.”

Rogério Chaves said:

“This is a very special homecoming. We grew as leaders within DAVID’s culture and helped shape and evolve that culture every day for seven years."

Fabrício Pretto said:

“What we love about this business comes down to one thing: the idea. And DAVID has always put the idea first. Coming back to work with friends like Sylvia, Pancho Cassis and Fernando Musa makes us pretty sure this second season is going to be a good one.”

Fernando Musa, Founder, Partner and Chairman said:

“Beyond their unquestionable talent, Rog and Pretto bring an energy and sense of humor to DAVID that make a real difference in the agency’s day-to-day.”

Pancho Cassis, Partner and Global CCO said:

“Rog and Pretto’s presence is contagious, and ultimately that shows in the work, which gets even better when they’re around.”
