FCB Brasil Promotes Leticia Rodrigues and Heloisa Ribeiro to Creative Directors
Nov. 09, 2022
FCB Brasil is announcing the promotion of Leticia Rodrigues and Heloísa Ribeiro to Creative Directors. The duo joined the agency in August 2021 as ACDs, doing creative work for clients such as Whirlpool, The Body Shop, and Kimberly Clark.
Leticia and Heloísa will continue to be responsible for the same accounts – and now also Flash Benefícios –, ahead of a team of 11 people. In managing their team and their accounts, the two directors rely on the pack methodology, which solves problems by combining agile mindset, design thinking, co-creation, and modular, cross-discipline teams. This structure allows for greater integration among the departments, valuing communication between the agency's various teams in order to develop creative solutions for clients' challenges.
In the last year, the duo was also recognized as potential leaders to change the market by The One Club’s Next Creative Leaders ranking, and Leticia was selected for the See It Be It program at Cannes.
Leticia said:
"We are committed to always doing the most creative work, but also a harmonious and diverse work that is democratic and dialogs with society."
To Heloisa:
“FCB has always given us space and freedom. And it has always recognized us. It’s the agency’s culture. We feel more and more at home, and with a growing drive to put powerful ideas out there."
ECD Anna Martha Silveira said:
"Promoting Heloísa and Leticia is a natural and more than well-deserved move, considering how much the two have delivered as creative professionals and managers. Searching for good ideas, focusing on the client’s business, and looking at the way we do things here is a constant for them, and exactly what FCB needs. We are very happy."
