  • Head of Creative at Sallve, a native digital beauty brand, Jéssica Gomes is convinced everything starts with a chat. From new products, to engaging content, conversations that matter are the way to creativity, innovation and relevance. Born in Belo Horizonte, she was the first creative outside Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, to be chosen to represent Brazil at See It Be It program created by Cannes advertising festival to promote female creative leaders.
  • With 23 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Sales and Human Resources, an MBA in Marketing from PUC-Rio, Brazil, and a Kellogg School of Management, IL, USA, alumni, Livia is renowned for her vast experience in the Brazilian market, having worked in various Telecom companies and advertising agencies. She was responsible for TIM Brasil’s Communications strategy and was the first Head of Youtube Space Rio, a Google Owned Office in Brazil. She was nominated for Professional of the Year 2015 Caboré Award and the 2011 ABP Award. Before entering the corporate world Livia performed as a classical ballet dancer at Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro Ballet and State Ballet of Missouri.
  • As one of the very few female Executive Creative Directors in Brazil, Laura has the unique opportunity to work with the largest and most sophisticated clients in the country. After graduating from PUC-MG, she started her career at DM9DDB. There she was selected for Young Creatives, at the time the youngest female participant ever to represent Brazil. After winning a global pitch, she was invited to join the DDB NY branch where she lived for 5 years working for clients such as Unilever, Budweiser, Philips and Johnson & Johnson.  Back in Brazil, as Executive Creative Director at DPZ&T São Paulo, her role is to lead one of the biggest accounts of the agency: Itaú, Netflix and Nestlé. Laura collects 15 Cannes Lions, including the Glass and Gold Lion, and several other international and local awards. She has been selected to judge international festivals such as Cannes Lions, One Show and D&AD and is currently on a Harvard Business School Program to senior female executives.
