Hyperquake, the independent creative strategy, branding and experience design agency, is very proud to announce the immediate addition of Managing Director, Head of Production, Luvy Delgado and Executive Director, Creative Technology, Will Bullins. The full-time staff additions were confirmed by Hyperquake's President and Chief Operating Officer Melissa Wheat Kelly and Executive Director, Growth, Marshall Thompson.

Kelly began:

“Having Luvy Delgado and Will Bullins onboard continues Hyperquake’s trajectory of adding iconic, industry-leading talents to fortify our core operations. Most recently VP of Production and Operations for Envoy Chicago (formerly Leviathan), Delgado brings over 20 years of expertise in strategic planning, production workflows, and cross-functional team leadership to her new position. Excelling in scaling operations and delivering award-winning projects ranging from immersive environments and theme park entertainment to experiential campaigns and product launches, her forte is blending diverse disciplines to create the phenomenal. With her proven history for pushing creative boundaries by seamlessly integrating technology, design, and physical spaces to craft one-of-a-kind experiences, her role with Hyperquake is an ideal fit.

Delgado explained:

“Hyperquake’s strong strategic backbone in understanding its clients’ business challenges positions it to play pivotal roles in business transformation and storytelling through immersive playgrounds. Having known Melissa and most of the team for many years, their acquisition of Potion got my undivided attention. Clearly, Hyperquake is transforming and changing with the world, and I’ve seen first-hand how its amazing people always bring out the best in each other.”

Building on high-profile roles as Executive Consultant for Electrosonic, and as Solutions Architect for Whitlock (now AVI-SPL), Bullins’ vast experience and expertise reflect his deep passion for human-centered design. Having spent more than a dozen years ensuring technology serves users seamlessly while enhancing experiences exponentially, his focus is on delivering groundbreaking systems design that supports and elevates client visions. Now, in collaboration with Hyperquake’s multifaceted talents, Bullins is inspired to craft innovative, purpose-driven solutions that lead to cutting-edge transformative experiences.

In his words:

“Hyperquake isn’t just an incredible company with a rich history, it’s also a company with a tremendously exciting future. The team, the projects, and the evolving approach to design and technology all contribute to it being the right place for me. I am thrilled to be part of what’s next.”
