Kelvin Jones Brings Budweiser Japan x Haroshi Collaboration to Life in New Campaign
Sep. 03, 2025
Budweiser Japan’s latest creative leap isn’t just your typical beer ad - it's a cultural collision, brought to life through the lens of London-based filmmaker Kelvin Jones. Teaming up with celebrated Japanese artist and skater Haroshi, Kelvin has crafted a series of short films that fuse Budweiser’s global energy with Tokyo’s unmistakable creative energy.
Produced with BLT and PUSH, the campaign places Kelvin at the creative centre of four distinctive films - each one its own world, but all linked by a common DNA: individuality, cultural exchange, and an unapologetic embrace of creativity.
The films are a playful blend of surreal visuals and cultural texture. Haroshi's artistry is matched with Kelvin’s cinematic eye, resulting in work that feels less like advertising, morelike a gallery installation in motion.
For Kelvin, this feels like a natural next step. He’s spent his career moving between music videos, commercials, and branded content, always keeping his storytelling grounded in authenticity. This isn’t just another brand moment; it’s what happens when a filmmaker’s vision connects with the world around him.
