Landor Expands Global Leadership with Senior Appointments Across Corporate Branding, Healthcare and AI
Oct. 30, 2026
Global brand and design consultancy Landor, part of WPP, has made three strategic appointments and created a new AI leadership role to its global senior leadership team, deepening its capabilities in corporate branding, healthcare and AI. The appointments reflect Landor's continued investment in sector expertise and specialist capabilities as businesses navigate increasingly complex challenges, from multi-billion-dollar mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs to the growing influence of AI on brand discovery and consumer choice.
Andrew Miller and Oliver Maltby join Landor as Global Executive Strategy Director and Global Executive Creative Director, respectively. Miller joins from BeenThereDoneThat, having previously served as Chief Growth Officer at Interbrand, while Maltby joins from Interbrand New York. Both will be based in New York, bringing complementary strategic and creative expertise to Landor’s expanding corporate practice, which specialises in corporate branding, mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs.
Carolyn Griffin joins from JKR as Executive Strategy Director, bolstering Landor’s healthcare expertise, while Marc Lamothe takes up a newly created role as Global Executive Director, Applied AI & Brand Intelligence.
The appointments support Global CEO Jane Geraghty’s strategy to strengthen the role of brand and design in driving business performance, ensuring brands are chosen by people and by the AI agents reshaping how decisions are made, and using intelligent technology, powered by decades of proprietary data, to manage and govern brands successfully. As clients seek deeper sector knowledge and stronger links between brand, business and technology, Landor under Geraghty’s leadership continues to redefine and scale brand and design consultancy. Geraghty, who also leads WPP Brand & Design, took up the role in March 2026.
Nicky Bell, President, Americas and Global Healthcare Practice Leader, Landor, said:
