M+C Saatchi Talk Appoints Pete Harrison as Managing Partner to Drive Next Phase of Growth
Jun. 03, 2026
M+C Saatchi Talk has appointed Pete Harrison as Managing Partner, as the agency continues to build on its culture-first story-making proposition and help clients harness Cultural Power to drive growth.
Harrison joins during a period of strong momentum for the agency, following the appointments of Managing Director Amaya Alvarez and Head of Brand PR & Influence Callum Powell.
He brings almost two decades of experience across the UK, US and APAC across media, technology, commerce and brand strategy. Most recently, Harrison has advised companies from start-up to scale-up on commercial growth and technology-enabled transformation. He has also led partnership strategy within the fashion-tech sector, building integrated commercial partnerships with multi-brand retailers and recommerce platforms. Previously, he held roles at EVH, Salesforce and NBCUniversal leading integrated partnerships across automotive, fashion and luxury lifestyle sectors.
In his new role, Harrison will sit at the heart of the agency’s commercial and creative leadership, driving revenue growth, new business and standout client work. He will help brands create the kinds of stories and conversations that build Cultural Power, connecting cultural relevance with measurable business outcomes. He will also oversee team culture, talent development and financial performance, partnering closely with Alvarez and Powell to accelerate integration, sharpen strategy and unlock growth across the agency.
Harrison will also lead M+C Saatchi Talk’s key focus categories including retail, luxury and lifestyle, while spearheading new business efforts and expanding the agency’s growing client portfolio. He will report to Alvarez.
Alongside his agency leadership role, Harrison will also become co-Chair of M+C Saatchi Group UK’s Proud Employee-Led Network, leading ongoing advocacy and community activation in collaboration with the group’s UK Employee-Led Network Lead Michael Nigro.
Amaya Alvarez, Managing Director, M+C Saatchi Talk, said:
"We’re thrilled to welcome Pete to M+C Saatchi Talk at a pivotal moment in our growth journey. A commercially minded marketing and growth leader, Pete brings nearly two decades of global experience at the intersection of brand, culture and commerce. Having worked with some of the world’s most established and fast-rising brands across media, technology and retail, he brings the right blend of commercial, strategic and cultural expertise to help clients navigate today’s increasingly complex media landscape. As Cultural Power becomes an increasingly important driver of brand growth, Pete’s experience scaling businesses and building strategic partnerships will help our clients turn attention into meaningful commercial value."
Pete Harrison, Managing Partner, M+C Saatchi Talk, added:
"M+C Saatchi Talk combines data-led thinking with cultural relevance, creative intelligence and structural advantages in a way that very few agencies can match. The breadth of capabilities across M+C Saatchi Group, from AI and creative intelligence to performance marketing, creates a compelling proposition for brands looking to accelerate growth. The opportunity to join at a time when the conversation economy has never been more commercially important is incredibly exciting. I’m looking forward to working alongside Amaya, Callum and the wider team to drive meaningful growth for both the agency and our clients as M+C Saatchi Talk enters its 25th year."
