McDonald's Puts Office Delivery at the Top of the Priority List with its new "Office Delivery" Campaign

May. 13, 2026

A campaign designed for the office, from the office, using office codes.

While delivery is usually associated with home, one reality has long been overlooked: over 30% of lunches are eaten at work. Yet, no major player in the category has truly addressed this behavior.

So McDonald’s decided to tackle the subject — like a good colleague would with a tool every office worker knows by heart: the office printer/scanner.

The idea was simple: place McDonald’s products directly onto the photocopier glass, scan them, and send them straight from the scanner to the inboxes of more than 235 000 workers.
The result: McDonald’s visuals in their most office-compatible version yet.

A way to talk about delivery in the visual language of work itself — scans, printouts, emails, and documents opened between two meetings. With Office Delivery, McDonald’s redefines the lunch break with one clear reminder: get McDonald’s delivered to your office.

Conceived as a light, fast and highly contextual campaign, the activation allowed the brand to enter office spaces with the right tone, simple craft, and an execution perfectly aligned with its subject matter.

All through a device almost as simple as the one you’re receiving today: an email. With Office Delivery, McDonald’s reminds us that a good idea doesn’t always require big production budgets. Sometimes, all it takes is pressing the right button.
