MKG Promotes Annie Bleisnick to Chief of Staff
Jun. 10, 2026
MKG, the award-winning creative agency specializing in brand experience and experiential marketing, today announced the promotion of
Annie Bleisnick to the newly created role of Chief of Staff, a position designed to help the agency scale while preserving the agility and collaborative culture that have defined MKG’s success.
In the role, Bleisnick will work closely with agency leadership to help translate priorities into action across the business. Previously Director of People Operations, she will continue overseeing employee experience and operations while leading cross-agency initiatives and organizational processes that bring greater alignment and accountability to MKG’s evolving business needs. A key focus will be ensuring the agency continues to strengthen the people-first culture that has fueled its momentum.
Christine Capone, president of MKG said:
“As MKG has grown, we’ve recognized the need for stronger operational connective tissue across the business. Annie has a unique ability to bring structure and accountability to complex initiatives while ensuring momentum doesn’t get lost across teams or priorities. This role reflects the impact she already has on the organization and the important role she’ll continue to play in MKG’s future.”
The promotion reflects a broader evolution underway at MKG as the agency continues expanding beyond traditional experiential work into more integrated brand and content engagements that live beyond the live moment—increasing the complexity of how teams and workflows operate internally. Rather than building additional layers of hierarchy, MKG is redesigning its leadership structure around the strengths of its people and the changing needs of the business.
Bleisnick said:
“One of the things that makes MKG unique is that we’ve intentionally stayed collaborative and nimble as we’ve grown. We’re not a top-heavy organization. Everyone is deeply involved in the work, which makes it incredibly important that we stay focused on the right priorities while continuing to support our people and culture as the business evolves.”
