MKG Promotes Mili Marcetic to VP, Production & Partnerships
Aug. 18, 2026
MKG, the award-winning creative agency specializing in brand experience and experiential marketing, today announced the promotion of Mili Marcetic to Vice President, Production & Partnerships, the latest in a series of strategic leadership appointments designed to position the agency for its next phase of growth.
This marks Marcetic’s fourth promotion since joining MKG in 2013, from her start as a producer to overseeing the agency’s entire production organization across its New York and Los Angeles offices. During that time, she has led the execution of some of MKG’s most ambitious work while building enduring relationships with clients including BÉIS, Sephora, and Revolve.
In her expanded role, Marcetic will continue leading MKG’s production discipline while serving as executive lead for key client partnerships, in addition to cultivating new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and representing the agency at key industry and cultural events.
The new role reflects MKG's belief that the people closest to the work are also best positioned to help grow the agency. Working alongside clients and project teams every day gives leaders like Marcetic a unique ability to anticipate client needs, identify new opportunities before they become briefs, and build enduring partnerships.
Lisa Wang Martin, Managing Director at MKG said:
“Mili has built her reputation at MKG by consistently delivering exceptional work and solving complex challenges. As we’ve continued to evolve, it became clear that her greatest strength extends beyond production. She’s incredibly culturally fluent and has an instinct for turning what’s happening in the world into opportunities for our clients and our agency. She’s exactly the person we want making a first impression with new clients and helping shape the next chapter of our growth.”
Marcetic said:
“I’ve spent my career at MKG bringing ideas to life for our clients, and I’m excited to build on the experience and relationships I’ve developed over the past thirteen years to introduce more brands to what makes MKG special, while staying closely connected to the work that got me here."
Marcetic’s new role is the third senior leadership appointment announced by MKG in the past two months, following the promotions of Annie Bleisnick to Chief of Staff and Mary Anne Broccolo to VP, Creative. Together, the appointments reflect a broader evolution underway at MKG as the agency continues expanding beyond traditional experiential work into more integrated brand and content engagements that live beyond the live moment. Rather than creating new layers of management, MKG is broadening the influence of senior leaders who are deeply embedded in the work, enabling them to play a greater role in shaping client relationships, agency growth and the future of the business.
