Mondo Robot Names Laura Rich Director of Product

Mondo Robot, a digital product agency that transforms business through design and technology, has named Laura Rich its Director of Product, starting this month.

Rich will strategically lead the product and project management function across Mondo Robot’s client portfolio, ensuring excellence in delivery. She will oversee end-to-end implementation and will navigate both client and internal teams to deliver work of the  highest quality.

Before joining Mondo Robot, Rich was Managing Director and Head of Production at a product development agency and a driving force for its sustainable growth into an established organization over the last four years.

She brings a long history of leading cross-functional teams through digital product development projects for clients such as Adidas, Carvana, USA Cycling and Modern Market. A proven leader in operations and product management, Rich weaves and masterminds the threads that make big ideas big successes, all while keeping the internal team balanced and supported. She has invaluable experience in successfully navigating clients through sticky operational, technical, and cultural challenges.

Outside of work, she and her husband are focused on raising a 2-year-old daughter. Rich likes to cook for friends and family as well as going to the mountains to hike, ski or camp.
