Neighborhood Watch Adds Directing Duo Andras
Sep. 15, 2026
Neighborhood Watch is excited to announce that the award-winning production company has signed directing duo ANDRAS to its roster of talent. Justin Lee and Phil Kim, otherwise known as ANDRAS, sit at a rare intersection of world-building, cinematic storytelling, and technical innovation—creating premium, visually ambitious work that is both creatively and commercially smart.
With their bold, new-age technical approach, ANDRAS creates worlds that bend reality and engage audiences through exciting visuals, whether by blending live-action with 2D/3D animation, VFX, AI, or other inventive filmmaking tools. Their unparalleled directorial vision has led many large-scale campaigns for brands like Crocs, Footlocker, Moncler, IBM, UFC, NFL, Hi-Chew, Diadora, and Church’s Texas Chicken. Their most recent work for PSD starred NY Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart, brought to life through ANDRAS’ hybrid approach of traditional production techniques and unconventional new process. ANDRAS led the project from start to finish, including post-production, VFX, and AI through their company, aotom.
Based in Los Angeles, aotom is a hybrid post-production studio whose rapid growth is thanks to ANDRAS’ commitment to staying ahead of filmmaking technology, experimenting with emerging tools, and implementing the correct ones into their workflow. Through aotom, ANDRAS has built a global VFX network that delivers high-end integrated visual work with awe-inspiring agility and lower cost than traditional pipelines. Ahead of the curve in AI as a production tool, ANDRAS has thoughtfully integrated it into their workflow for the past several years, positioning them as pioneers of modern production.
ANDRAS themselves are based out of Toronto, Los Angeles, and Seoul. Their multidisciplinary approach is born from their collected experiences; before directing, Justin Lee was an agency creative for many years, navigating through multiple verticals: beverage with Diageo, automotive with Audi, cosmetics with Coty. Phil Kim’s expertise was built from the ground floor of the film industry — crewing, editing, shooting, and directing anywhere he could to genuinely learn and understand the craft from multiple angles. His technical experience is why ANDRAS can move efficiently and bring new processes to set. Together, this background gives ANDRAS the skill set to understand the artists, brands, and creatives they collaborate with to build a visual language that is both cogent and captivating.
In a joint statement, ANDRAS shared:
“Our work lives somewhere between live action and everything after it — animation, VFX, AI, the stuff that doesn't have a clean label yet. Not every partner knows what to do with that. Neighborhood Watch got it immediately. Everything we’ve made has come out of putting the team first and being intentional about who we surround ourselves with. We feel that Neighborhood Watch is deeply aligned with what we want to create and where we want to go. We know we’re in great hands and we’re excited for what’s next!”
Neighborhood Watch’s Managing Director and EP, Dal Wolf added:
“ANDRAS is one of the most exciting emerging directing duos in the commercial space. Their momentum is building due to their ability to carry a cinematic vision, technological exploration, and clear creative communication. They embrace the new wave of creative technology with excitement, not as a gimmick but as an extension of their storytelling. They’re world builders in the truest sense, and we’re all extremely proud to welcome them to Neighborhood Watch.”
