New Creative Team at 180heartbeats + Jung v Matt: Justyna Sokołowska and Mateusz Vlahos Join as Creative Leads

Oct. 07, 2026

180heartbeats + Jung v Matt is strengthening its creative team with the arrival of Justyna Sokołowska and Mateusz Vlahos. Joining as Creative Leads, the duo will develop creative concepts and long-term communication platforms for the agency’s clients. The move is part of 180heartbeats’ continued investment in distinctive creative talent and bold ideas.

Sokołowska and Vlahos have worked together on projects for brands including Netflix, Żabka, PlayStation, ING and McDonald’s. They created Żabka’s "Sąsiedzi" platform and worked on campaigns for Netflix’s The Mire and PlayStation’s “Every Dad Is a Demigod”. Before joining 180heartbeats + Jung v Matt, they worked as a creative duo at DDB Warsaw and later at GONG, creating work that connected brands with wider cultural conversations.

Justyna and Mateusz bring different but highly complementary creative perspectives to the team. Mateusz has a strong feel for pop culture and storytelling, while Justyna brings a strong visual sensibility that she also develops outside advertising through painting and book illustration. As technology increasingly changes the way communication is created, we want 180’s creative work to be built around individual perspective and imagination - says Marcin Talarek, Chief Creative Officer at 180heartbeats + Jung v Matt.

Justyna Sokołowska has nearly 20 years of experience in the creative industry. Before joining 180heartbeats + Jung v Matt, she worked at GONG, DDB Warsaw (now TBWA\Warsaw), PZL and Badi Badi studio. She graduated from the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Outside advertising, Sokołowska works as an illustrator and painter. She has illustrated several books and exhibited her work as part of a number of art projects. Her series The History of Jews from Podlasie in Double-Warp Weaving won third prize in the Main Exhibition at the 2021 International Print Triennial in Kraków.

Mateusz Vlahos has worked in advertising for 10 years. He began his career at DDB Warsaw (now TBWA\Warsaw) before moving to GONG, where he spent the past several years. He studied Film and Television at London Metropolitan University. Pop culture and cinema are among his main sources of inspiration in his creative work. He also wrote the screenplay for a short film promoting Tymek’s album Romantyk, which was awarded at KTR.
