With 17 years of international experience, Matteo Maggiore has established himself as a creative leader with a talent for developing ideas that move the needle for both brands and businesses, while remaining deeply connected to culture.

Throughout his career, Matteo has worked at leading agencies including BBDO, Leo Burnett, Wieden+Kennedy and Jung von Matt, across Italy, the UK, the Middle East, the Netherlands and Germany.

He has partnered with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Nike, Samsung, McDonald’s, P&G, HP and Hyundai Motor Group.

His work has earned more than 100 accolades at major international creative festivals, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, the Clio Awards, ANDYs, Eurobest and the London International Awards.

Alongside his agency career, Matteo is also an international educator and jury member, and is deeply committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of creative talent.

Benjamin Bregeault, Chief Creative Officer, Ogilvy Paris said:

“Matteo’s appointment is part of a very clear ambition: to progressively restore Ogilvy Paris’s international dimension. In a French market shaped by both a duopoly and significant fragmentation, we have historically thrived when the agency has drawn on the strength of its model. That model is built on the balance and diversity of the brands we build, bringing together French champions and global giants. Through both his experience and his personality, Matteo embodies this ambition."

Matteo Maggiore added:

“Joining Ogilvy Paris means becoming part of an agency shaped by generations of iconic creativity, while remaining relentlessly ambitious about what comes next. I’m here to help write the agency’s next chapter by strengthening its international dimension and creating ideas that can cross cultures without ever losing their relevance, impact or soul.”

In his new role, Matteo Maggiore will help strengthen Ogilvy Paris’s international creative profile and lead the development of global platforms for The Coca-Cola Company across multiple brands and markets.
