Pair of Promotions Power Product of the Year's Next Chapter

The company behind the UK’s largest independent survey of product innovation, Product of the Year, is announcing the promotion of two key team members as it continues to strengthen its UK business.
David Gray, formerly Sales Director, becomes joint Managing Director alongside current MD, Helga Slater, who remains in the post. Together, they will lead the UK business across strategic growth, client partnerships and commercial development, and will report to Product of the Year Management global CEO, Mike Nolan.
With over 20 years’ experience across marketing and digital agencies, Gray has played a pivotal role in driving sales and building brand relationships since joining the business two years ago. Prior to this, he was Business Development Director at market research consultancy Catalyx, where he worked with global brands including P&G, Reckitt and Unilever to turn consumer insight into successful product innovation.
A rising talent from within the business, Niamh Rogers, steps up from Sales and Marketing Coordinator to Sales and Marketing Manager. In her new position, she will support the senior team, while continuing to work closely with FMCG brands on showcasing new product development and managing the entry process for the annual awards programme.
