Poshmark Brings "Try Yourself On" to New York Fashion Week with a Dry Cleaner Pop-Up
Sep. 15, 2026
On September 12, Poshmark welcomed fashion tastemakers, editors, creators and cultural insiders to Poshmark Dry Cleaners, transforming a SoHo storefront into an unexpected fashion destination for New York Fashion Week. The immersive experience celebrated the launch of Poshmark’s new Try Yourself On™ brand campaign and spotlighted the newly launched in-app Tastemaker curation featuring coveted pieces from the closets of Chloe Fineman, Courtney Grow, Colleen Allen, Jalil Johnson, Elissa Santisi and her daughter Francesca Keller, and Poshmark Chief Revenue Officer Elizabeth von der Goltz, who were also on-site to celebrate.
Hosted by von der Goltz, the evening brought the world of Try Yourself On™ to life, reimagining the familiar neighborhood dry cleaner through the lens of Poshmark. In addition to the Tastemaker campaign curators, Ashley Avignone, Indre Rockefeller, Laura Kim, Fernando Garcia, Colleen Allen, Elissa Santisi, Elizabeth Kurpis, Johanna Ortiz, Nickelson Wooster, Sami Miro, and more explored racks of unexpected fashion finds, while Francesca Keller DJed throughout the evening. Before heading out, attendees selected a vintage piece of their own to take home, with shirting from Dior, Charvet and more among the finds waiting at the Poshmark Dry Cleaners.
The evening marked the latest moment for Try Yourself On™, which launched September 8 as Poshmark’s largest integrated campaign to date. Built around the idea that fashion can unlock unexpected versions of yourself, the campaign taps into the scale and constant discovery of Poshmark, where more than 700,000 new listings are added every day across millions of individual closets.

Developed with creative agency nice&frank and directed by Léa Esmaili, Try Yourself On™ spans film, digital, social and Poshmark’s largest out-of-home campaign to date, with placements across New York, Los Angeles and Toronto.
The Tastemaker curation extends that spirit of discovery through personal closets and individual points of view, giving the Poshmark community a new way to discover coveted pieces through the people whose style they follow.
The party was just the beginning. On September 13 from 11-5 at 321 Canal, Poshmark Dry Cleaners opens its doors to New Yorkers, inviting them to step into the world of Try Yourself On™ and experience the thrill of discovery firsthand. Guests will receive a “Ready for Pickup” claim ticket for the chance to take home special finds sourced on Poshmark and pieces from participating Tastemakers’ personal closets. The activation invites New Yorkers to discover something unexpected, try it on and make it their own.
