Executive Producer David Perry and his colleagues from commercial production and post company Bella are proudly announcing the addition of NYC-based director Em Marie for representation across North America.

Originally from Austin, Texas, Em’s unique perspective is shaped by the distinct spirit and culture of her home state, combined with the vibrant energy of life in the media capital of the world. Known for her patent visual style, which leverages vast production-design expertise, Em brings a unique blend of creativity and technical skill to every project. She is inspired by fashion, beauty, and the emotional power of visual design, and is passionate about telling important stories through powerful imagery and stylized direction. To date, her collaborations include projects with Droga5 Tokyo, Accenture Song, and many others, for brands including Mitsui & Company, The TSA, H-E-B, GQ in partnership with Jack Daniels, Underclub, and Junior Achievement. Em has also directed countless high-profile music videos and promos featuring new and established musical artists.

Perry began:

“Em is such an inspiring director. In the current landscape, visionary creatives who are committed to pushing the work so that it has a new and fresh perspective are more important than ever. Bella is fiercely driven to be a home where great new voices can thrive. So we wanted to support and invest in Em’s distinct style and passion for evocative storytelling. We can’t wait to see what she does with our agency and brand partners, and the impact she has on their work.”

Initially drawn to Bella’s bold, emotionally rich and visually striking body of work, according to Em, the shared values of integrity, collaboration, and creative bravery align deeply with her own guiding philosophies.

She said:

“I’m at a place where I want to tell bigger, braver stories, and Bella feels like the right creative home to do that. Their commitment to excellence and pushing boundaries makes this the perfect next chapter. It feels like the right time to step into something bigger, with people who truly believe in the power of creative risk-taking.”

Bella’s U.S. representation includes Hapa on the East Coast, Mo Butler Reps in the Midwest, Devine Reps on the West Coast, and Jack Reed in the South.
